3. How engagements typically work

While each project is unique, our usual process — also described in the Development Process section on our homepage — generally follows these stages:

1. Requirement gathering — We learn about your business, goals, and technical needs.
2. Mockup & planning — We outline architecture, features, user flow, and an initial approach.
3. Review & approval — You review proposals and mockups; we refine based on your feedback.
4. Proposal / quote — We share scope, timeline, and commercial terms for your review.
5. Agreement — Work begins after mutual acceptance of a statement of work, contract, or written confirmation.
6. Development & delivery — We build, test, and deliver in agreed phases, with regular updates where applicable.

Nothing on this website creates a client relationship or project obligation until we both agree to specific terms for that engagement.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project (for example, in a contract or statement of work), the following applies to custom work we deliver:

• We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and general know-how.
• Upon full payment for the agreed deliverables under that project, ownership of the custom code and project-specific deliverables transfers to you, as defined in the applicable project agreement.
• If a separate contract or SOW states different IP terms, those project-specific terms take precedence over this general summary.

We may showcase completed work on this website or in our portfolio only with your permission, or as otherwise permitted in our project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us — including business details, requirements, documents, and project communications — as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or you give written permission.

For formal engagements, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or include confidentiality terms in a project contract when needed.

6. Payment terms

This website does not process payments. There is no checkout, payment gateway, or subscription billing on atechfusion.com.

Payment amounts, milestones, invoicing schedules, accepted payment methods, and currency are agreed separately for each project — typically through a contract, statement of work, or invoice sent outside this website.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AtechFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from preliminary discussions before a formal project agreement is in place.

Our total liability relating to your use of this website (excluding matters covered by a separate signed project agreement) shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Project-specific liability, warranties, and remedies are governed by the contract agreed for that engagement.
